At ROCK YOUR LIFE! Schweiz, I work as a mentor, supporting a student with a foreign background during their transition from school to vocational training. My role involves helping him with application preparation, career planning, and personal development, while encouraging him to discover and leverage his strengths. Through regular meetings and guidance, I aim to empower the student to make confident career decisions and achieve his goals.
